Absence Management Help

The Hawthorne School District utilizes Absence Management (formerly Aesop) to manage absences and substitute placement.  It is the employee’s responsibility to ensure absences are input into the system.  Please ensure that you always keep your phone number and email address up to date, so that you do not miss any important information or substitute job opportunities.  You access Absence Management either by on the appropriate link on the left or calling (800) 942-3767 to enter an absence or to check for available jobs.
