Staff Information

The Hawthorne School District works in partnership with Woodcraft Rangers, our after-school provider for elementary schools and Action Youth America (AYA), our after-school provider for middle schools.

• Program Manager: Oversees the 7 elementary school sites. The program manager supports after-school site coordinators, who are responsible for managing staff and overseeing the program at their respective sites.
• Program Coordinator: Oversees the 3 middle school sites, working directly with after-school site coordinators at each location to manage program staff and ensure smooth program operations.
• Site-Level Staff:
  • Each school has an after-school site coordinator to manage daily operations and program activities.
  • Trained Program Leaders and Educators work directly with students to provide a high-quality program experience. The staff-to-student ratio is maintained at 20:1 for grades 1st-8th and 10:1 for TK-K.
