Staffing

The Hawthorne School District works in partnership with A.Y.A., our after-school provider.

  • Project Facilitator: Supervises the A.L.L. Program at all 10 schools and works directly as a liaison between Hawthorne School District & A.Y.A., the after-school provider.
  • 2 Program Coordinators: Support all 10 schools with lesson plans, staffing, and data collection.
  • 10 Site Coordinators and 1 Assistant: Coordinates the program at the site level.
  • Program Leaders: Works directly with students. 20:1 ratio (one for every 20 students).
