- Immunizations and TB testing (Ages 24 months to 18 years old)
- Referrals to free or low-cost community clinics or health center
- Education about health maintenance, health Care, and various disease processes
- Assistance to apply for medical insurance for Children

Who Is Eligible For This Service?
- Any child that does not have medical insurance
- Children who only have “Emergency Medical”
- All siblings of students at a regular school site and students/siblings from surrounding schools
NOTE: If your child has any health insurance, he/she should continue to be followed by his/her own doctor.
All Immunizations are provided FREE OF CHARGE through generous donations from the community.
