SafeArrival Attendance Reporting
We are committed to helping ensure the safe arrival of all students every day. To support this goal, our district uses SafeArrival, an absence reporting system that helps families communicate student absences and enables schools to respond more quickly to attendance concerns.
What is SafeArrival?
SafeArrival is an attendance reporting system that helps improve student safety and makes it easier for parents and guardians to communicate about a student's absence.
If your child is marked absent and the absence has not been reported, you may receive a notification via text message, phone call, or email from the school. Families will be able to submit the reason for the student’s absence through that communication.
School staff will review each parent's response and determine whether the reason provided meets the criteria for an excused absence or an unexcused absence, in accordance with district attendance procedures.
Why Our District Uses SafeArrival
SafeArrival helps save time, improves attendance reporting, and allows school staff to account for students more quickly. This process supports timely communication with families and strengthens student safety throughout the school day.
