Safe School Hotline and Harassment Form

The Board of Trustees of the Hawthorne School District strives to maintain a safe and secure educational environment at each of our school campuses. The Safe School Hotline is designed to provide individuals a method to report incidences of bullying, harassment, vandalism or similar incidences occurring on or near our school campuses.

When making a report, please provide as much information as possible. Be sure to indicate an approximate date and time that the incident occurred as well as the school name. If possible, please provide the name(s) of the individual(s) directly or indirectly involved in the event. If you wish for someone from the Hawthorne School District to contact you regarding your report, please leave your contact information at the close of your message. Please be assured that all reports to the Hotline will remain confidential.
